Ballet Folklórico Estrella 2014-2015
Good morning, Lincoln Middle School!
For Christians, the words "Peace on Earth, Good will toward men" represent the spirit of the Christmas celebration. And around our globe, during this holiday season, millions will be working for and praying for peace. Regardless of our race or religion, most human beings want peace - in our homes, in our schools, in our neighborhoods, and in our world.
Now listen to these words from our 34th president, Dwight D. Eisenhower, a man who witnessed the great suffering caused by war and violence:
“Only justice, fairness, consideration, and cooperation can finally lead humanity to the dawn of eternal peace.”
During this winter holiday season, let's all work toward peace on Earth by being fair, kind, and cooperative with one another.
With something to think about… make it a great day by owning your actions, behaviors, and attitude. As always, the choice is yours.
Winter Holiday Break December 22 through January 4
Please drive carefully in the mornings and drop off your students in a safe spot. Leave early enough to avoid the rush! We don't want any of our students or families to be injured because we are in a rush in the mornings! Thank you and have a great school year!
