Principal Letter
Hello Lincoln Parents,
The first day of school is Monday, August 14. In order to start on the 14th, your son or daughter must be registered. We will begin registration next week from 8:00 - 12:00. 8th graders register on Wednesday, August 2, 7th graders register on Thursday, August 3 (7th graders must have proof of their TDAP immunization), and 6th graders register on Friday, August 4.
Students need to accompany their parents to registration because ID and school pictures will be taken.
Parents, please go to www.oside.us beginning Monday, July 28 to confirm all your information online. Please double check to make sure all addresses and phone numbers are current and accurate - these are the numbers we use for standard and emergency communication.
Attached to this message are other documents to help support you in registering your child at Lincoln Middle School.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In order for your child to be in class on the first day of school, he or she will need to be registered. All students need to register, even those who are returning to Lincoln. Our registration schedule is as follows:
August 2nd – Registration Day for 8th graders (8am - 12pm)
August 3rd – Registration Day for 7th graders (8am - 12pm) Must have Tdap Vaccination
August 4th – Registration Day for 6th graders & Panther Camp Orientation in the MPR (8-12pm)
Students need to accompany their parents on registration day due to the fact pictures and ID cards will be taken on registration day!
Please register your child and bring two proofs of residence and a data confirmation sheet from the Aeries Portal (see below). 7th graders will need a proof of their Tdap vaccination (for low/no cost clinics, click here: www.getimmunizedca.org) or call 1-877-243-8832 to locate a provider. Be prepared to pick up textbooks and to purchase needed items at the student store. If you have children in more than one grade level, you can register them both on the same day.

- Click: Enroll a New Student
- Click: 2016 – 2017
- Click: Create a New Account
- Enter parent name, email address and a “password”
(If you already have an account set up from another child that you have previously enrolled, please Login under ‘Existing User’).
- Read Terms of Service
- Click: ‘I agree’ if you agree to the terms of service.
- Type Student information in the boxes provided.
- Once the account has been created, you will receive an email from ‘Oceanside USD
Enrollment’.
- Continue with Registration by entering all information requested.
- Review ‘Enrollment Confirmation’
- Click: Finish and Submit
- Print 2 copies
