#PantherPride

At Lincoln Middle School students learn to make responsible choices and grow from the outcomes of their decisions.  Our Lincoln Core Values for Panther PRIDE are a clear set of standards and essential guidelines for our entire school community that ensure we achieve our mission and goals.

POSITIVE

We believe that positivity and kindness is a virtue ALL of our learners must possess and demonstrate.  Our students will foster close relationships that nurture and support their growth. They subscribe to the belief that “We are all Panthers!”, and work hard everyday to make our school community a better place by contributing to a positive and healthy culture.

RESPECT

Lincoln Middle School is committed to providing a respectful and safe learning environment for ALL. Respect for oneself and for others is not just a priority at Lincoln, but rather the golden standard. From our staff to our learners, respecting oneself and other Panthers begins from the clothes we wear, the food we eat, the language we use to the dedication to our education and constant improvement allowing us to begin shaping tomorrow, starting today.

INTEGRITY

Our learners possess and are rewarded for their demonstration of integrity.  They make the right choices with, or without, anyone watching and consistently model behaviors that contribute to our culture.  Our learners are taught the value of integrity through modeling, recognition, and celebration.

DETERMINATION

Our students are encouraged to learn from their experiences.  Each experience presents a new opportunity for growth, whether success is achieved or not, and our students are expected to maintain their tenacity and focus… and to never give up!

EMPATHY

Whether it’s time, expertise, or a tangible object that will better someone else’s life, our community of learners will be consistently generous and conscientious of others.  We believe that one generous act can create a ripple effect that produces many more generous acts. The more our community can put themselves in other people’s shoes and understand what they feel and experience, the more generous they will become.
