  • Parents/visitors must come to the office and sign-in each and every time they come on campus, and must sign-out when they leave.

  • Visitor/Volunteer stickers must be visibly worn at all times.

  • Parents requesting to observe in a classroom are to be escorted by an Administrator or and Admin designee.  Observations are to last no more than 20 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon by the teacher and parent.  Teachers are to have prior notice for all observations by a parent or outside service provider.


Per District Policy visitors/volunteers are NOT to enter campus without an escort. All visitors or volunteers must enter through the front office and then the office staff will make contact with the needed staff member. If the staff member needs to physically see or speak to the visitor or volunteer, the staff member must come to the front office. Visitors/volunteers are NOT to be on campus without escort.
